How to order a hosting service / procedure for placing an order.

Hello there, 

It involves 5 steps in placing an order:

Step 1. Select a Hosting Plan or Hosting Service from the Order form 
   
    Select your suitable Hosting Plan /Service from respected Categories or Product Groups from Order form Page: https://clientarea.smvhost.in/cart.php 
 
Step 2. Configure Your Plan/Service

At this section, you will have options to configure your hosting service/plan. You also have to provide some additional information that the service requires. 
Just fill out the forms and select settings that you need for your hosting service/ plan. 

You can also select Add-on Products that available for the respected Service or plan. 

You can see an Order summary in the same page that estimates the price of the configuration or selections of the Hosting Service.


(For Webhosting or services that require web domain, it will ask to register or transfer or use existing domain for your service before this step )


Step 3. Review & Checkout

At this section, you can review your order and proceed to checkout. You will be also able to apply promo codes for discounts in price on your order. 

Step 4. Checkout Page

At this Section, you need to provide your personal details such as Name, Email, Address, phone number, etc. in order to open an account in our client area website. Also you need to provide a strong password for our clientarea account. If you already have an account, you need to login to our clientarea before continuing to next stage.  

After providing Personal Details, Billing Address and Account Security Detail, you need to select a preferred payment gateway so that you can pay us for the service you are ordering.

(You are only allowed to continue if you agree our terms & Conditions)

Then you can click on 'Complete Order' button to proceed to Payment Gateway for making payment


Step 5. Payment Gateway 

At this stage,  you will be directed to the respected Payment gateway server for making the payment.  If payment is successful, you will be directed back to our client area website. Also, a payment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email. 

Followed by Payment Confirmation email, Another email that containing the access details of your Hosting service or Hosting Plan will be sent to your registered Email.

You should check your registered email box and confirm your registration before continuing our service. 

If you are a new user, you will have following emails in your inbox.  (If not found check spam folders too) 

1. Confirm your Registration  -   There will be a link inside that email to verify your email address. 
2. Customer Invoice -  This mail contains the invoice of the order you made.
3. Order Confirmation - This mail contains details of your placed Order
4. Invoice Payment Confirmation - This email serves as the official receipt for the transaction
5. Account/Service Ready to use - This mail contains access details of the ordered hosting service/hosting plan
