How to Setup & Access Professional Emails on our Webpanel
Professional Emails Setup Procedure :
1. Configure Domain DNS Record:
- Login to your Domain Registrar's website from where domain is purchased/registered (Eg: Godaddy, Namecheap ..etc)
- Navigate to DNS Settings page > Manage DNS Zones
- Add following DNS Records
Host/Target Record type Value TTL (time to live) @ MX SERVER_HOSTNAME (Priority : 0)
Example: srv2.smvhost.in3600 _dmarc TXT v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; 3600 @ TXT v=spf1 mx -all 3600
2. Create Mail Box
- Log in to our Web Panel, ( Check welcome mail for URL & credentials )
- Go to Email Tab > Domain > Add new Domain (Ignore this. if your domain is not already listed there)
- Create a Mail Box : Email Tab > Email MailBox > Add New Mailbox
- Enter Details such as Name, Email ID, Password, and other preferred settings and Save settings
You will be able to access emails at http(s)://<YOUR DOMAIN >:8080/webmail/ or https:// SERVER_HOSTNAME :8080/webmail
OR
You can set up or Access your Mailbox using any email clients such as Android's Email application, IOS Mail App, Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail App..etc.
NOTE : Check your welcome Mail for Server HostName and IP Address. replace the "SERVER_HOSTNAME" as per the info on your welcome mail.

IMAP Server : SERVER_HOSTNAME
Security Type : TLS (accept all certificates)
Port : 143
OutGoing Settings:
SMTP Server : SERVER_HOSTNAME
Security Type : TLS (accept all certificates)
Port : 587
Require Authentication : true
Username : (complete email address : eg: admin@mydomain.com )Iphone Mail Settings:
- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account
- Enter Name, Email & Password, then press Next
Incoming Mail Server
Host Name : SERVER_HOSTNAME
Username : <Email ID> eg: info@yourdomain.com
Password : <Email's Passsword>
Outgoing Mail Server
Host Name : SERVER_HOSTNAME
Username : <Email ID> eg: info@yourdomain.com
Password : <Email's Passsword>
Advanced Settings:
use SSL : ON
Authentication : Password
IMAP Path Prefix : /
Server Port : 993
S/MIME Sign : No
Encrypt by Default : No
